$5 million contract at CSPQ and MFA 

Quebec's Shared Services Center (Centre de services partagés du Québec - CSPQ) has engaged DMR to conduct a customer relationship management project for Quebec's Ministry of the Family and the Elderly (MFA). Work started in May 2008 and will be completed at the end of March 2012 (including 2 optional years of maintenance and upgrade work).

As integrator on the project, DMR is responsible for developing the required application and technology solutions. The systems will be built, implemented and operated on the technology infrastructure of the CSPQ, which is acting as project prime.

It should be mentioned the MFA has managed the Quebec government's reduced-contribution spaces program since 1997 – a total of 1,700 day-care services that provide over 200,000 day-care spaces. The new system will thus help the MFA meet its obligations and satisfy its daily operating requirements.
