These conditions of use ("Conditions") apply to your access to the Web site ("Web Site") of DMR Conseil, a division of Fujitsu Consulting (Canada) Inc. ("DMR"). The Conditions also apply to the Web sites of the divisions of Fujitsu Consulting (Canada) Inc. and its affiliates ("Related Sites" or "Related Site"), which you will be able to access directly or indirectly from the Web Site. Access to a Related Site is also subject to the conditions of use for that Related Site. When the Conditions contravene the conditions of use of a Related Site, those of the Related Site shall have precedence.
Rights of ownership and limitation of use
The content of the Web Site or Related Sites, and all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property related to that content, are the property of DMR or the owner of the content. Unless otherwise expressly stipulated by applicable law, no content on the Web Site or Related Sites may be exploited, copied, modified, translated, distributed or used in any way without the prior authorization of DMR or the owner of the content.
DMR reserves the right to add, delete or modify the Conditions and the content on the Web Site or the Related Sites at any time without prior notice.
Exemption from warranties
The content of the Web Site or Related Sites is provided as is, with no warranty, either express or implied (including but without being limited to all implied warranties of market quality, suitability, title or non-violation of third-party rights). DMR will make every reasonable effort to provide accurate, timely information on the Web Site, without guaranteeing that such information is accurate, complete and timely.
Exemption from liability regarding hyperlinks
The Web Site and Related Sites include links to other Web sites ("Linked Sites"). No reference to a Linked Site or a particular product or service from a third party on the Web Site, Related Sites or a Linked Site shall be construed as a recommendation by DMR of such sites or links. DMR shall be exempt of all liability concerning access to the Linked sites and their use.
Limitation of liability
DMR shall not be liable for any damage, whether direct, indirect, accessory or punitive (including but without being limited to financial losses, lost profits, lost income or lost data), resulting from access to or the inability to access the Web Site, Related Sites or Linked Sites, even though it may have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
Transmitted material
Any material, information or idea transmitted to the Web Site and Related Sites or displayed on them ("Transmitted Material") shall be considered not confidential and not exclusive. DMR shall in no way be obliged to fulfill, including but without being limited to, any obligation of confidentiality regarding the Transmitted Material.
Web Site address in hyperlink
Any Internet user may place the Web Site in a hyperlink on their own site as long as they comply with the following policy:
- Their site must not defame or harm DMR or include inappropriate content.
- They must not place a frame around DMR content or give the impression, using any other method, that the content does not belong to DMR.
- They must use DMR's name properly.
This authorization shall be revoked if the Internet user fails to observe these specific provisions of the Conditions, or any of the conditions of use for the Related Sites. In the event of a revocation, they shall remove all links.
The link must be placed as follows: <A HREF=http://dmrconseil.ca/en>. Links may be established with other pages of the Web Site as long as their specific conditions of use, if any, are respected.
Copyright
DMR is the owner of the documents found on the Web Site and holds all copyrights. No part of the Web Site shall be reproduced by any means whatsoever without prior authorization from DMR.
DMR authorizes anyone to view and copy the DMR documents on the Web Site, which are stored on its server, under the following conditions:
- The documents shall be used for information purposes only.
- They shall be used only for internal needs and in no way used to market a product.
- They shall be used only in compliance with local laws.
- Every copy or printout of a document or portion of a document shall include this copyright notice.
The products, processes or technologies described in a DMR document may be subject to other copyright and ownership notices and other copyright information related to this document.
License
No provision of the Conditions shall be interpreted as conferring any rights or user license or a patent, copyrights, a trademark or any intellectual property right from DMR or a third party.
US public users
The disclosure or use of any software, data item, process or technology by the Government of the United States or its agencies is subject to the restrictions defined in sub-paragraph (c) (1) (ii) of the "Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software" clause of DFARS 252.227-7013 or sub-paragraphs (c) (1) and (2) of the "Commercial Computer Software-Restricted Rights" of 48FAR52.227-19, whichever the case may be, as amended or applicable.
