$2.5 Million Win at SAAQ
DMR's Microsoft experts will be participating in the project to replace the development environment for Quebec's auto insurance corporation (SAAQ). This project of over $2.5 million will mobilize approximately ten specialists for two years. It also positions us favorably for the initiation of other projects to build .NET business systems.
Responding to SAAQ's new business requirements, the new Microsoft development environment will especially help minimize the impact of future technological changes on existing applications. Since we already have notable expertise in integration infrastructures, we are able to define future business systems so they are easier to integrate.
The project is part of SAAQ's overall plan to implement a full Enterprise Service Bus that affects all of its business processes.
Our expertise serving SAAQ
Our experts will be using the new Visual Studio Orcas and Windows Communication Foundation (.NET 3.0 framework) technologies to implement the new development environment, which is based on a service oriented architecture. We will also be developing a frame of reference to support the development and construction phases. Also, our team of .NET specialists and SAAQ employees will benefit from high-level technical support thanks to a collaborative environment that uses Wikki discussion forum technology.
