Strategic Alliance Between DMR and Amadeus International 

DMR and Amadeus International, a leader in compliance process control solutions, have formed a strategic alliance that combines DMR's professional services with Amadeus' eQCM software suite.

This alliance follows DMR's purchase of Amadeus' consulting services division, M3K Solutions. Recall that DMR's new division, Accelia—a product of the merger of GIM, Gestion de risques and M3K Solutions—specializes in risk management, corporate governance and compliance.

The agreement stipulates especially that DMR will provide the consulting services needed to implement the eQCM solution for national and international clients. It also provides for Amadeus and DMR to work closely together to design and develop additional modules for the software suite, along with joint marketing activities.
