DMR acquires Promaintech Novaxa 

DMR is proud to announce the acquisition of Promaintech Novaxa, a firm of consulting engineers specialized in operational strategy, business process transformation and performance optimization.

This acquisition allows DMR to grow its expertise in emergent business domains and position itself as a business process optimization leader. Promaintech Novaxa's expertise in the industrial and service sectors will enhance our offering.

In operation for 10 years, Promaintech Novaxa has built a reputation as a leader by developing operational strategies based on the latest tools and best practices. It was certified by the National Research Council of Canada (value-added product development, value-added tool design, value-added innovation) and was the first company in Quebec to provide assistance in applying Lean Six Sigma concepts. It conducts close to 400 projects per year for recognized businesses in Quebec and it counts to its assets the achievement in more than 16 countries.

This acquisition has laid the foundation for a new specialized business unit at DMR that will provide a range of business process optimization consulting and implementation services. This unit will be supported by DMR's and Fujitsu Consulting's system integration and application management services so it can offer its clients complete, end-to-end continuous improvement solutions.
