A $3 million project at RAMQ
Quebec's Health Insurance Board (RAMQ) awarded DMR a contract involving work related to development and telephony support, technology infrastructures and data administration. This close to $3 million project will span approximately 3 years.
The project is part of the overall transformation of the health network, in which RAMQ is playing a key role because it is the custodian of health and social services data and administers a very extensive information asset. The technology infrastructure and data administration branch (Direction des infrastructures technologiques et de l'administration des données - DITAD) provides hardware and software technology infrastructure services, data administration services and development support services in support of RAMQ's mission.
DMR's role will be to coach the DITAD team so it can quickly work on upgrading, replacing or adding technology components, which must continually evolve to maintain and improve the quality and reliability of the technology services delivered to RAMQ's inside and outside customers.
Consequently, DMR, already at the helm of
HIAL (Health Information Access Layer), one of the largest health network automation projects ever conducted, has just strengthened its position as a partner of choice in the transformation of Quebec's health network.
