Achievements
Virtualization at MRNFP
On a project for Quebec's Ministry of Natural Resources, Wildlife and Parks (MRNFPQ), we had to install many versions of the same software on developers' workstations so they could develop new functions while making systems easier to maintain. This task required a lot of time and equipment. TESC experts used virtualization technologies to cut costs, minimize the number of workstation installations and provide the development team with greater flexibility.
An integrated vision of security
Security is a major issue for Quebec's Ministry of Revenue (MRQ). It called on our security specialists to define its security architecture and management framework. Using best practices from RBAC, Mehari and those of the ISO/IEC 27 000 family, they defined an integrated vision of security for all platforms combined. They also developed all the processes, work instructions and new methods. And of course they complied with government standards, that is, guidelines for information security and the overall digital information security architecture (AGSIN).
