Centraide
We at DMR believe in the importance of playing an active role in the well-being of the community. Following a long tradition of generosity, we've been supporting the Centraide campaign for over 20 years—a much appreciated and awarded social contribution!
- In 2005, DMR was awarded the Diamond certificate in recognition of its considerable generosity during the fund-raising campaign.
- Marjolaine Giguère, an employee of DMR in Quebec City, received the Coup de cœur during the 2004 campaign for the IT Firms division in the Quebec Region. The award recognized her energy and dedication to making every campaign a success.
DMR goes "green"
Aware of the importance of protecting the environment, DMR is forming a committee responsible for implementing "green" measures. These measures will apply to our Quebec City and Montreal offices and especially encourage employees to adopt ecological best practices.
To make this commitment to the environment a reality, DMR has become a partner of Carrefour TerraTerre, which will be held in October 2008. The goal of this event is to educate visitors about environmental issues so they can help improve society from the standpoint of sustainable development. For a greater collective consciousness. For the well-being of future generations. For a "greener" world.
Close to its community
With the growth of its community at heart, DMR has sponsored an ice canoe team since 1998, an activity of honor during several events in the Province of Quebec.
DMR is also present in the sports community by contributing generously to the Fonds d'investissement et de développement athlétique (FIDA). This athletic development fund finances the development of young Quebec athletes who are making a name for themselves because of their athletic potential, their academic results and their winning personality.
